Austin had his first baseball game today. Jason and I have our opinions on some things that of course I will not blog about. However, I was VERY proud of Austin. They stuck him in as catcher even though he had NEVER played that position before. NEVER! I have to say my heart was in my throat as he walked his way to the plate.
He did really well considering the pitcher was quite wild and Austin still has a fear of getting hit by the ball. He got hit a few times, realized it didn’t hurt and started to get with it.
Austin did a lot better than I thought. The team itself is a new team and still learning even the basics. But, the season is young.
Plus…he is so cute in his uniform:

Whoo Hoo!! Go Austin! Im sure as the season progresses they will do Awesome and Austin will learn his new position flawlessly! Tell him Good job for us!!
