One!? When and how did this happen?! My goodness it’s so weird and exciting all at once watching all these blogger pal’s kids grow up via internet. It’s just so surreal. I remember reading your blog long ago when you were pregnant with him, and it just doesn’t seem that long ago!? (sigh) Why does it have to go so fast!
I share your pain. I dreaded Gabriella’s birthday. That sounds horrible, I know. I’d love to have one more baby but my hubby reminds me that they all grow up. (party pooper)
Just remember, with each new age comes new and exciting events. Try to focus on that.

Why is it when you’re a kid the years drag by. One birthday party and then you have to wait A WHOLE YEAR until the next one.
Then, all the sudden you wake up one day “all grow’d up” and your kids are turning 1,2,3…and then they enter their twenties and start the same journey you remember taking like it was yesterday!
Somehow it’s sad to see them grow up. But to watch them take the lessons you’ve taught them and go out and start their own lives….that’s got to be one of the proudest moments of your life!!
Hang it there….the best is yet to come!
